Relevant matters that will be submitted for shareholder approval at the General Shareholders’ Meeting include, among others, the annual financial statements, the corporate management, and the proposals relative to shareholder remuneration.
As a shareholder, it is important to the Bank that you cast your vote or delegate your vote regarding the proposals submitted to the General Meeting.
